It’s just a paper containing an image
It shows us memories whether good or bad
Sometimes it even makes us so sad

Photographs capture all the wonders of the world
To us photographs are like shiny big pearls
We know the truth about what they share
They have such a strong-lasting artistic flare

Every image has a story
But sometimes it isn’t so glory

Photographs show strong signs of emotion
They express tears and unleash our greatest fears
They build up a wall
Short, tall and strong
Something that will never fall

For they make a huge compact into our minds
We will never forget that sight is a gift
